Mr. Palacios joined Martínez, Algaba, de Haro y Curiel in 2006 and was made partner in 2013. His practice focuses on administrative litigation related to telecommunications, data protection, expropriations, public bids, revocation of concessions, aviation, construction and civil protection, antitrust, and railroads. In addition, he specializes in civil and commercial litigation, principally pertaining to material, moral, and punitive damages.
Mr. Palacios is widely recognized for his strengths in amparo proceedings against administrative acts, laws, and other regulations before federal courts and the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice, where he has successfully argued landmark cases.
