Member of Martinez, Algaba, de Haro y Curiel since 2007. Mr. Basaldua has participated on several civil, commercial and administrative trials, –before Federal and State Courts in different parts of the Mexican Republic–, as well as in different procedures before governmental entities, in representation of national and international companies. Mr. Basaldua’s practice has been specialized on controversies related financial services, damages and civil liability, insurances, and real estate projects, just to name a few.
