Mr. Altamirano has been a member of Martínez, Algaba de Haro y Curiel, since 1997, and was named partner in 2006. His professional practice focuses on civil, commercial and administrative litigation. He has deep knowledge in procedural, bankruptcy, financial, fiduciary, insurance and banking regulation disputes, real estate and family law.
Mr. Altamirano’s practice focuses on representing individuals and corporations in complex and high-risk litigation before Mexican courts. Additionally, he provides advice to clients in order to prevent or prepare for litigation, as well as to mitigate risks and possible legal contingencies, allowing his clients to continue with the operation of their businesses.
His clients include financial and credit institutions, insurance companies, construction companies and real estate developers.
