Mr. Algaba is one of the founding partners of the Firm. His professional practice focuses primarily on civil, commercial and administrative litigation. He also has extensive experience in commercial arbitration proceedings, as well as in financial, banking, bankruptcy and insurance related disputes.

Throughout his professional career, he has represented individuals and corporations with great success before Mexican courts and arbitral tribunals, in litigation proceedings with a high degree of complexity and great risk to his clients. In addition, Mr. Algaba’s professional practice is recognized for successfully advising his clients on legal strategies to ensure their rights, or guarantee an adequate defense of their interests.
