Mr. Legaspi has been a member of Martínez, Algaba de Haro y Curiel, since 2006, he was named partner in 2019. He has extensive experience in civil, commercial and administrative litigation. His practice focuses mainly on bankruptcy, financial, insurance and banking regulation related disputes.

Throughout his professional practice, he has successfully represented individuals and corporations in highly complex litigations and procedures. In addition, he has advised various credit and banking institutions in the most important bankruptcy proceedings of the last few years, achieving in all those cases satisfactory results for his clients.

Mr. Legaspi’s’ clients are generally entities of the financial system, including banks and insurance companies.
