Member of Martínez, Algaba, de Haro y Curiel since 2023. His practice is focused on administrative and constitutional litigation, primarily centered on disputes related to anti-competitive practices, civil aviation, telecommunications, energy, government procurement, intellectual property, access to public information and personal data protection, technology, and imposition of sanctions by administrative authorities, environmental and ecological matters, among others. He has also experience in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in cases involving material, moral, and punitive damages, as well as bankruptcy.
He previously developed these practices at the prestigious firm Müggenburg, Gorches y Peñalosa, S.C., where he was even listed in the publication “Benchmark Litigation Latin America” in the Future Star category.
