Member of Martinez Algaba, de Haro y Curiel since 2014. Mr. Vinssac has experience in administrative and constitutional litigation and commercial arbitrations administered by the major arbitral institutions. His practice is mainly focused in administrative litigation pertaining to telecommunications, anti-competitive practices, personal data protection and public information access. In addition, he has participated in the defense of various corporations against arbitrary government practices such as expropriations, revocation of concessions and permits, fines, just to name a few. Furthermore, Mr. Vinssac has experience challenging laws and regulations before federal courts and the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice.
