Mr. Gutiérrez has been a member of Martínez, Algaba, de Haro y Curiel, since 2018. He has over 15 years of experience in constitutional and administrative litigation, as well as in consultation on aviation, energy, environmental, consumer protection, public procurement, and regulatory law. He combines relevant experience in private and public practice. It is worth mentioning his time as Law Clerk of Justice Valls Hernandez, at the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice and more recently, at Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), where he held different positions until being appointed by the Ministry of Public Affairs as head of the Internal Compliance Unit of PEMEX International Trade Division.
