He has been a member of Martínez, Algaba, de Haro y Curiel since 2020. He has experience in complex litigation in civil, commercial and constitutional matters. Throughout his career, he has represented national and foreign companies before both federal and local courts. His practice focuses mainly on disputes related to the defense of financial institutions and transnational corporations.
