Mr. Martínez is one of the founding partners of the Firm. He has specialized in civil, commercial and administrative litigation; as well as in commercial arbitration procedures and other alternative means of dispute resolution. He has extensive knowledge in financial, banking, bankruptcy, corporate, telecommunications and insurance related disputes.

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Martínez has held positions of great prestige. He was appointed General Counsel of the General Directorate of the Interior of Mexico City. He also served as legal advisor to the Mexican Association of Motels and Hotels. In addition, he has been appointed as an arbitrator several times in commercial arbitration procedures administered by the most important arbitral institutions. Also, throughout his extensive career, he has represented successfully individuals and corporations in extremely complex litigation and arbitral proceedings.

His professional practice has been recognized in various publications, both in national and foreign legal rankings.
