Member of Martínez, Algaba, de Haro y Curiel since 2023. Lawyer specialized in Constitutional Procedural Law. She has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She has handled complex litigation in administrative and constitutional matters. For 6 years she worked at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, in the offices of Justices Luna Ramos and Medina Mora. Subsequently, she worked in the Secretariat of Agreements of the Second Chamber during the presidencies of Justices Laynez Potisek and Pérez Dayán, where she focused on the preparation of rulings on appeals under review for their possible recourse to the Supreme Court. She also has extensive experience in administrative litigation on intellectual property matters.
